Gluten Free Banana Sponge Cake
What if you're bored of the traditional Victoria Sponge cake? Or just want something new and different to try out. Well, this is it! A variation on one our favorite desserts: The Banana flavoured sponge cake. I used fresh bananas in the recipe, adjusted some of the ingredients to my traditional recipe and voila a banana sponge cake. And it goes very well with a Nutella or chocolate cream filling.
